Goldstein & Herndon, LLP is a limited liability partnership founded in January of 2000. Our firm is an outgrowth
of a previous firm named Goldstein and Goldstein which was founded in 1988 by Harvey M. Goldstein and Kenneth M. Goldstein.
Our areas of practice include residential and commercial real estate law, tax law, probate, estate planning, business law,
land use and litigation. Senior Partner Kenneth M. Goldstein has been practicing law in the Boston area since 1984.
His expertise is in real estate, land use and litigation. He is a member of the Brookline Planning Board and the Brookline
Housing Advisory Board. Partner S. Craig Herndon has expertise in real estate, business law, and probate. Partner Steven
D. Goldstein is both an attorney and a certified public accountant. His professional focus is in matters of business,
finance and taxation. Steven has advanced training and experience in estate tax planning. Partner Joel G. Kinney focuses
on real estate, civil litigation, and business law. Associate Robert Flynn specializes in civil litigation. Our
staff paralegal, Loralee Young, has over many years experience in several areas of general law practice including the processing
and preparation of real estate conveyancing documentation. Our staff paralegal, Stuart Frankel, concentrates on post
real estate closing issues.
