Kenneth M. Goldstein
Partner
Ken founded the firm, originally named Goldstein & Goldstein, in 1999 with his father Harvey M. Goldstein (1930 – 2000). Ken is a product of the Brookline, Massachusetts public school system, graduated Connecticut College in 1981 and Boston University School of Law in 1984. Ken is Chairman of the Brookline Planning Board and a Brookline Town Meeting Member as well. His legal practice emphasizes real estate conveyancing but includes transactional law of all kinds, land use and licensing, litigation, probate, estate planning and business law. S. Craig Herndon
Partner Joel G. Kinney Partner Joel joined the firm in 2001 and became
a partner in 2004. He graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1996 and Northeastern University School of Law in 2001. Joel concentrates his practice
in the areas of corporate law, business transactions, civil litigation, and commercial and residential real estate.
Robert Flynn Associate Robert Flynn is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. He joined Goldstein & Herndon in 2007. Rob obtained a B.A. from Muhlenberg College prior to graduating from Boston University School of Law in 2006. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
